Become a Staff Member

Volunteering at YLF is an incredibly rewarding experience! Our staff work with delegates one-on-one and in small groups, with lots of opportunity to make an impact and mentor students.

Responsibilities of primary staff volunteers: All volunteers must be familiar with the YLF curriculum and support its program objectives. All volunteer staff must be at least 18 years of age and preference will be given to YLF alumni and other adults with disabilities. All volunteers must participate in a formal YLF staff orientation, prior to their service. All volunteers are considered FULL-TIME and MUST remain onsite for the duration of the program. Full-time staff will be required to be available until the end of the forum.
